Why one-time payment instead of subscription?
Because we believe software should work for you, not the other way around. Pay once, own it forever. No recurring charges, no sudden price changes. Your business budget stays predictable.
What happens after the 100 quotations or 30 days in Lite?
The software will prompt you to upgrade to Pro. You won't lose any data - everything stays intact. You can still view your existing quotations, just can't create new ones until you upgrade.
How does the license file work?
When you purchase Pro, we send you a license.json file via email. You place this file in your MKQUO installation folder, and the software automatically unlocks. Your company name from the license will appear on all quotations. This prevents unauthorized sharing while keeping things simple.
Can I use it on multiple computers?
Lite: One computer only.
Pro: Two computers (e.g., office and home laptop). Need more? Contact us for multi-device licensing.
What if I need to reinstall Windows?
Just reinstall MKQUO and put your license file back. Your license remains valid. Back up your data folder to keep your quotations.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Try Lite version first - it's fully functional. If you upgrade to Pro and it doesn't work as expected within 30 days, we'll refund you. No questions asked.
What about updates after the first year?
Your Pro license works forever, even without updates. After one year, you can choose to extend update support for a small annual fee (~$49/year), or keep using your current version indefinitely.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Absolutely. We provide proper invoices for all Pro purchases. Just let us know your company details when ordering.
